SITE PLAN

DESCRIPTION

The task is to produce a site plan at scale 1:1000 and render it in Photoshop.
A site plan presents a description of the building in the context of its site, and include surrounding buildings and other significant routes, paths, trees and planting. The site plan may be combined with the ground plan.
In order to produce a convincing graphics it may not be enough to use vector software only (AutoCAD, Illustrator). An example of Illustrator generated site plan:

METHODS

AutoCAD - exporting dwg to eps or pdf
Photoshop - rendering, layering, texturing etc

SUBMISSIONS

The submission is electronic. Project (psd file) must be filed on the following folder
Shared$(Y:)/Computers/Project 5

ASSESSMENT

The assessment will be continuous. The project is 10% of Semester 1 mark. Late submissions won't be accepted.
